The most direct way to Anegada is to fly to San Juan, Puerto Rico. Then fly either LIAT,American Airlines, or Continental Air Lines to Tortola's Beef Island Airport (code EIS). Connect at Beef Island with the Clair Aero flights to Anegada, which last 10 minutes. Or, fly to St.Thomas, USVI, and fly Clair Aero's Scheduled service to Anegada.
