Deposit & Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a deposit representing a payment for 3 nights unless you are staying 2 nights or less in which case full payment is required. This deposit can be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation or can be paid by check. Upon receipt of your deposit, your reservation will be confirmed in writing. The balance will be due in full at least 30 days prior to the date of occupancy. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. In the event of cancellation, written notice must be received at least 40 days prior to the date of arrival. Deposit for Christmas Season rentals will not be refunded on cancellations received on or after October 1st. If a written notice of cancellation is received 39 days or less prior to the anticipated arrival date, we regret that there will be no refund. However, Anegada Seaside Villas, at it's sole discretion, may issue a partial or full credit towards a future vacation. Sorry, there will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures.

Payment Method
Mastercard, Visa and Travelers Checks are welcome. Personal and business checks are accepted if received no less than 30 days before the arrival date.

Proof of Citizenship
A passport, birth certificate or voter registration card is satisfactory to enter the British Virgin Islands.


Rates quoted are based on a double occupancy. Additional persons are $25 per person. 7% BVI Government Tax and 10% Service Charge will be added to your final bill. Maid service, twice times a week, is included in the rates.
